The 3.5mm distal humerous plates are indicated for intra-articular fractures
of the distal humerous, comminuted supracondylar fractures, osteotomies and nonunions of the distal humerous.

  • Anatomically precontoured plates WITH No or only minimal bending necessary​

  • Reduced irritation of soft tissue due to flat and rounded profiles.

  • Stable treatment with 2-plate technique, displaced by 90°

  • Combi holes allows fixation with locking screws in the threaded section for angular stability, and cortex screws used for dynamic compression.

  • A fixed angle construct provides advantage in the osteopenic bone or multi fragment fractures where traditional screw purchase is compromised.

  • 2.7 mm angular stable screws up to 60mm in length for optimal anchoring in the distal humerous. 

  • Five options for screwing into the distal HUMEROUS permit the fixation of extremely distal fractures, especially in osteoporotic bones

  • Three additional screws for the fixation of the capitulum 

  • Posterolateral plate with lateral support offers the option for two additional screws places lateral to medial.
