It is the Implant of choice for the fixation of fractures in the forearm (radius & ulna),fibula and lower end of humerous. The holes allow 1mm displacement, if a load screw is used. As the foot print of plate is low contact gives additional advantage in bone healing process by saving periosteum layer of the bone.
